INSPECTION
Inspection will start on Friday March 23, 2018 at 1 pm.
Inspection will remain open from 10 am to 3 pm until close of sale on April 3.
Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than Friday April 6, 2018.
Payment Methods: You must pay your invoice online before coming to pick up your items.

You must bring a copy of your paid invoice, the credit card used at registration, and valid ID.
Buyer must sign our credit card authorization form before we will release your purchase.
Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.
All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to the purchase of all taxable items sold. Tax will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer premium when applicable. Dealers who purchase for resale must present their resale tax certificate to InPlaceAuction upon registration, or at time of payment.
Resellers: If you are a reseller, fill out the reseller form and upload it in the My Account area.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. There will be no help available to remove items.
