To be held at LONG ISLAND UNIVERSITY, 720 Northern Blvd, Brookville, NY 11548. Enter through east gate. Vehicles are located in parking lot on left hand side after entrance. Warehouse items are located in building #11.

Payment Methods: We accept CREDIT CARDS FOR PURCHASES UNDER $5,000 and BANK WIRE transfers or certified checks for purchases over $5,000.
Our wire instructions can be found on the winning bidder's invoice.
Certified checks must be made payable to InPlace Auction LLC.
*If you do not win the bid there will be no charges against your account.
Payment Due: InPlace Auction will email invoices to the winning bidders immediately after the last lot closes. Credit card purchases must be made no later that Tuesday morning June 25th by 10 AM. Certified checks are due at the time of pick up. You must bring a valid drivers license and credit card used for registration and must sign the credit card form prior to removal of your purchases.
Buyer's Premium: There is a 13% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.
All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to the purchase of all taxable items sold. Tax will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer premium when applicable. Dealers who purchase for resale must present their resale tax certificate to InPlace Auction upon registration, or at time of payment.
